Director

Dr. Tarantino

Dr. Tarantino is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Providence College and Research Scientist at Rhode Island Hospital. His research is centered on the development of HIV-focused biobehavioral interventions for  young people in the United States and sub-Saharan Africa. He also has clinical and research interests in adolescent risk behavior, substance use, and family-based prevention interventions. He is a licensed psychologist who provides outpatient therapy for adults and adolescents.

Kathleen O’Neill

Katie O’Neill is majoring in Psychology at Providence College (2024). Katie enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and psychology! Katie is so excited to work alongside Dr. T to create intervention strategies and bring awareness to HIV.

Joemari Pulido

Joemari Pulido is double majoring in Psychology and Computer Science at Providence College (2024). Outside of academics, Joemari enjoys trying new foods, watching films and shows (Game of Thrones, Supernatural and Criminal Minds are a few favorites), and going dancing with friends.

Lily Fallon

Lily Fallon is a Psychology major at Providence College (2024). Lily is particularly interested in the field of clinical psychology and plans to pursue further education after graduation. Outside of academics, she enjoys being with her family, listening to music, and spending time at the beach.

Medori Wheatley

Medori Wheatley is a psychology major on the premedical track at Providence College (‘26). Medori also enjoys serving as the treasurer of PC’s Hellenic Society and playing intramural hockey. She is excited to aid in research which examines the intersection between health and psychology.
